On Saturday morning I wanted to go to the MQ to take a picture of the new mascot for the Euro 2008 that takes place in Austria and Switzerland. The newspapers told that there should be a 5 m high statue.

So KW decided to do a second birthday party that took place on Friday evening. They made it for two and added Doris' birthday. The main aim for this party was to celebrate with their collegues in Vienna. Like the year before the location was close to KW's and Doris' working place in the first district. It's called 'Café Ministerium' and like every year I didn't find the fastest way from the subway station. I arrived around 4.30 pm.
Because of the really nice weather the people were sitting outside. I was invited for a beer and tried to do conversation as good as I could. ;-) When the last guests rushed in kind of a celebration took place! KW got a big bottle of red wine. The bottle was decorated with different pictures of KW from the last 10 years. It was KW's intention not to let the bottle survive so everybody had to drink a glass of.
When it was getting darker and colder outside we enterd the café and were invited for a cola-rum. As they all had to take home public regional train we left around midnight and took the subway. I said bye to them at Spittelau and went home! Nice thing!

Wednesday evening the Buddy Network Welcome Party took place on the club boat! I went there after work to meet Reini, Arthur, Deusl and all the others. Deusl worked as a dj as you can see on the right hand picture.
The party started at 9 pm. Nevertheless people were not rushing in before 10.30 pm. Around midnight the dancing area was full and Reini and Arthur also decided to move their asses. It was not my day so I went home early around 0.30 am.
