A marriage

My long-time roommate at dorm decided to tie the knot. Last Saturday the church wedding took place at Halbthurn. I went down there with three other dorm friends and a wheelbarrow on the loading platform. After a reception at the parental home of his bride-to-be a wedding march to the church took place – gawked by the inhabitants of the village. The mass was very nice and afterwards a picture was taken in front of the castle Halbthurn. The solemnities continued in the second castle courtyard with another reception and the hand-over ceremony of the presents. Around 5 pm the big gala dinner startet and accordingly the dance floor was opened. Around midnight the informal traditional wedding games took place but the night was still young.
