On August 4 we celebrated Reini's birthday!Actually Reini's 29th birthday was on 2nd but that doesn't matter. We were in a good mood and started the evening activities in the Viennese Prater – the emperors former hunting area. Our first stop (and meeting-point) was the Estancia Santa Cruz, a kind of mexican restaurant.

As the people were rushing in, we started with beer and ordered dishes. Normally I like mexican food and all the quesadas, tortillas, paellas and so on but this time I tried to eat some chilli con carne. That was a fault! I've never eaten such a distastefull dish. Next time it would be better to return to the quesadas.
So, Reini got a couple of presents (including DVDs, Shirts, Whiskeys, etc.) and he paid for the food! (Very generous Reini, I wish I would have had something more tasty!)
Later on Reini 'forced' us into some schnapps drinking. We are poor people, aren't we? So we had a Tequila and then decided to change location.
Where to go?That's a good question! So let's go where no one of us has ever been before. The nearby 'famous' disco 'Hasenstall' with good artwork at the entrance ;-)

After a neverending discussion whether or not we should pay the Eur 2.50 entrance fee. We decided to go in. They had a good price for spritzer, so we changed from beer to wine. There were also popcorn for free for those of us who hadn't eaten enough at the Estancia. Our mood was getting better and better an we even started to dance. It wasn't my favourite music, all those lousy things you can hear everywhere. So - shame on me - I did not join the dancing until they forced me late in night. After having a birthday song for Reini the first friends left and we changed to the smaller bar in the background. It was time for a longdrink!

It was also that kind of late in the night where people start discussing about god and the world. This time it was especially about close and far beer festivals - what a subject. Around 3 am I was getting a little tired and so decided to say goodbye to my fellows!
A nice coachman took me home!
